Business Owners WhatsApp Group: Community Guidelines
1. Purpose of the group
This is a private WhatsApp community for business owners, leaders and professionals. The group exists to encourage discussion, knowledge sharing, problem-solving and mutual support.
Members are expected to contribute in a constructive and respectful manner.
2. Be respectful
- Treat other members with courtesy and professionalism.
- Healthy debate is encouraged, but personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, intimidation or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Challenge ideas, not individuals.
3. Keep discussions lawful and appropriate
Content shared within the group must be lawful, respectful and suitable for a professional audience. The following are not permitted:
- Illegal or unlawful content
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Offensive, explicit or inappropriate material
- Fraudulent schemes, misleading promotions or similar activities
4. No spam or unsolicited selling
The primary purpose of the group is discussion and knowledge sharing, not advertising. Members should not:
- Post repetitive promotional content
- Send unsolicited direct messages to other members
- Use the group primarily as a sales channel
Members are welcome to share relevant projects, achievements, resources or services where they add value to the discussion.
5. Stay relevant

Members should participate using their real identity and maintain a single account. Automated posting, bots and impersonation are not permitted.
9. Moderation

Administrators reserve the right to remove content or, where necessary, remove members who repeatedly or seriously breach these guidelines.
Where appropriate, issues will be addressed privately before further action is taken.
10. Leaving the group
Membership is voluntary and members may leave at any time.
